TPI Standard Golf Fitness Training - custom made to improve your game.

You can practice your technique for hours but your body must first able to physically do it! Without the right Mobility, Stability and Strength you can't move optimally for golf.

What is TPI?
Titliest Perfomance Institute (TPI) is the world's leading educational organization dedicated to the study of how the human body functions in relation to the golf swing. Since its inception in 2003, TPI has studied thousands of golfers ranging from the top professional Tour players to weekend enthusiasts. An incredible amount of data on players of all shapes, sizes, ages, and fitness levels has been gathered during this time. Using this data, TPI discovered how a properly functioning body allows a player to swing a golf club in the most efficient way possible. Additionally, TPI has analyzed how physical limitations in a player's body can adversely affect the golf swing and potentially lead to injury. TPI's mission is to educate golfers and industry professionals on the Body-Swing Connection?

Golf fitness isn't about looking like a bodybuilder or the best player on Tour. It's about being fit to play the game at an individual's highest level and doing so without causing injury. It's about understanding how a body's limitations can influence the golf swing and how to address those limitations through the proper channels; whether it's through swing instruction, physical rehabilitation or strength and conditioning exercise. It's about understanding the latest technology and how that technology can be implemented to increase performance.

How it works:
Phase 1 ? Screening; Here the Golfer is put under a physical assessment. The test is done to see how that golfers body works and moves, the TPI Golf Fitness Instructor can then see what isn't working as it should and what failures the golfer has in terms of flexibility, strength, power, coordination and balance and what these bring in terms of swing failures and general problems for golf.

Phase 2 ? Trainings Programming; After the problematic areas have been found then a personalised training plan is written by the trainer and the client receives a copy of the screening, a breakdown of the problems and a copy of his new training regime. The trainer and client then get started on working on the training regime to fix the problems that particular client has as seen in the screening working on areas as Power, Mobility and stability with each training session whether it be as a normal personal training session or EMA technology.

Phase 3 = Re-Screening; After your last training block, we will do another Screening, so that the client can see how they are improving and so that the trainer can see how the body has responded, what still needs to be improved upon and to able to further work and write the programming for the next training block as to train as optimally as possible.
